What we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to respond, we don't sell it, and this site isn't a channel for controlled information.

Who we are

MKV Industries LLC ("MKV Industries," "we," "us," or "our") is a veteran-owned company based in Henderson, Nevada. We identify the unique problem sets our customers face, then develop, train, and implement solutions, including kinetic and non-kinetic weapons platforms, combat rehearsals, and embedded AI for secure and disconnected environments.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and through business inquiries, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to this site and to people who contact us about a potential engagement.

This policy does not cover information we handle for a client while performing a contract. That information is governed by the contract itself, including any applicable federal contract clauses, data-handling requirements, and nondisclosure agreements.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the "Request a brief" form or contact us directly, we collect what you provide. Typically that is:

  • Your name, organization, and email address
  • The type of support you're interested in
  • The details you choose to share about your problem, constraints, and timeline
  • Anything else you include in emails, calls, or meetings with us

Our contact form is provided by HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector). Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which HighLevel hosts on our behalf.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit. These logs can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs only to operate and secure the site.

When you use the contact form, the form provider may also record technical details with your submission, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and how you arrived at the site.

Apart from the contact form described here, we do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

Third-party content

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

The contact form is loaded from HighLevel's servers. HighLevel processes the information you enter, and the technical details described above, to deliver your submission to us. MKV Industries remains responsible for how your information is used under this policy.

Information from other sources

We may receive business contact information from referrals, teaming partners, industry events, and public sources such as SAM.gov and agency procurement notices.

03

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your request, assess fit, and schedule a brief
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and statements of work
  • Perform, manage, and support engagements and contracts
  • Keep records required by law, by audit, or by federal contracting rules
  • Operate, maintain, and protect this website and our systems
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

04

Do not submit controlled information

Important

This website and its contact form are not authorized for classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data (ITAR or EAR), or sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.

Describe your need at an unclassified, general level. If an engagement requires controlled information, we will arrange an appropriate, authorized channel before any such information is exchanged.

If we receive controlled or sensitive information through this site by mistake, we will limit access to it, delete it where appropriate, and may notify you or the relevant authority as required.

05

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. Companies that host our website, run our contact form and CRM (HighLevel), deliver email, or otherwise support our operations. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Teaming partners and subcontractors. When needed to pursue or perform an engagement you've asked about, and only to the extent necessary.
  • Government customers. When required for a proposal, contract, or compliance obligation.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MKV Industries, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
06

Cookies and tracking

Our own pages do not set cookies. The embedded contact form from HighLevel may use cookies or similar technologies to load the form, prevent spam, and record how you arrived at the site. Where required, the form asks for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the contact form may not work correctly; you can still reach us by email.

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to serve advertising, so we do not change how the site behaves in response to "Do Not Track" or similar browser signals.

07

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain our business relationship with you. We then delete or de-identify it, unless we need to keep it longer to meet legal, tax, audit, or contract obligations. Federal contract records, for example, may need to be kept for several years after an engagement ends.

08

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to inquiry data is limited to people who need it to do their jobs.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. This is one more reason not to send controlled or sensitive information through the website.

09

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information, unless we're required to keep it
  • Stop contacting you

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email support@mkv-ind.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) allows Nevada consumers to direct an operator of a website not to sell certain covered information. MKV Industries does not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. If you would still like to submit a request, email support@mkv-ind.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out."

11

Children's privacy

This website is intended for professionals and organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12

International visitors

MKV Industries is based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, such as adding analytics or new types of data sharing, we will make that clear on this page before the change takes effect.
